Model manufacture

Stadco's state of the art model mill has the capability to quickly machine a full size car or truck in clay, foam, resin or metal. Stadco's milling machine can also produce accurate prove out models as local areas or full stackable models in a variety of materials and finishes. We also have a fully equipped model-shop facility to produce styling models and also show-cars.

Stadco specialists in model making have provided model stacks for a variety of projects from customer sports vehicles to full scale truck cabs. The mill can cut a variety of different materials and the prototyping facility can provide a range of finishes. A modular approach can be taken to allow variant appraisal or 'real-life' components can be included to prove out compatibility.

The Stadco model mill team have produced high quality finished interior and exterior vehicle models to allow the project team not only to view the styling but to actually sit within the proposed concept to experience the ergonomic principle of the design.
