Stadco's dedicated offline programming centre uses the latest software from Catia, Delcam and LaserCut to produce quality machine programmes.

Our specialist team using well developed processes can swiftly take customers part data and develop rapid cutter paths that maximise efficiency and minimise time to delivery.

Stadco prototype machining centre can produce models of a variety of sizes and from a very large range of materials. In the last year the team have produced intricate hand sized components through to full size vehicles models.

To support our own and customer styling teams, Stadco has produced full sized clay models, surface prove-out models, internal and exterior model stacks and environmental cubes.

Our prototype and manufacturing staff have benefited from Stadco's CNC team producing high density foam tooling and masters, aluminium tooling, cast iron press tooling, and assembly fixture machining.

Project and manufacturing engineers liaise with specialist offline laser programmers who have in-house access to 5 axis laser trimming facilities.
